Ancient Wisdom. Inner Awareness. Spiritual Wellbeing.
The Ancient Science of Yogic Healing
Yogic Healing is rooted in India's ancient spiritual traditions, where generations of yogis explored deeper dimensions of consciousness through meditation, Sadhana, and disciplined Yogic practices.
Through profound inner practice, yogis developed heightened states of awareness and, according to traditional teachings, extraordinary spiritual abilities known as Yog Siddhis.
Yogic Healing draws from this rich tradition through guided meditation, inner awareness, energy practices and Yogic practices—offering a pathway to explore spiritual wellbeing, greater self-awareness and a deeper connection with the inner self.

A Traditional Yogic Understanding
According to ancient Yogic traditions, every individual has seven principal Chakras, traditionally described as energy centres within the subtle human system.
These centres are understood to influence different dimensions of our energy, awareness and body-mind experience, and are traditionally associated with specific areas and functions of the human system.
In Yogic understanding, when the energy associated with these centres is dormant, disturbed or out of harmony, it may be reflected in different aspects of one's physical, mental and emotional experience.
The activation and harmonisation of the Chakras is therefore an important aspect of traditional Yogic practices, supporting the exploration of greater awareness, harmony and spiritual wellbeing.

The Journey of Yogic Healing
Rooted in the ancient spiritual traditions of India, Yogic Healing explores energy, consciousness and the subtle human system through meditation, Sadhana and disciplined Yogic practices.
According to traditional Yogic understanding, spiritual energy, the Aura and the seven Chakras are important aspects of this subtle system. Master Spiritual Healer Chandrashekhar Patil describes Yogic Healing as a progressive journey from energy activation to greater harmony and renewal.
AURA CLEANSING & CHAKRA ACTIVATION
The first stage focuses on the Aura and the seven Chakras, traditionally understood as important aspects of the subtle energy system.
Through focused spiritual energy practices, the Aura is traditionally cleansed and revitalised, while awareness of the Chakras is awakened and their activation is explored.
ENERGY & RESTORATION
The second stage moves deeper into the subtle system.
According to traditional Yogic understanding, spiritual energy works through this system and supports the body's inherent processes of restoration and renewal.
RENEWAL & REGENERATION
The third stage represents renewal and regeneration.
As the subtle energy system becomes more harmonious, traditional Yogic understanding associates this with greater vitality, harmony and spiritual wellbeing.
“Awaken the Aura. Activate the Chakras. Support Natural Processes. Move Towards Greater Harmony.”
